Not in love with your new Craft Zambia purchase? We understand. Fortunately enough, there are always more fish in the sea. So let’s figure out how to get you something that’ll make your heart sing.
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely and always satisfied with your Craft. But, we promise to gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part.
Upon immediate receipt of your order, please inspect it, and contact Craft Zambia customer service department if:
* there is noticeable damage to the product,
* the product(s) shipped to you have been sent in error,
so as we start on working and organizing a workable solution for you, which may of course involve a free exchange or replacement order, or a refund.
Craft Zambia accepts returns within 14 days of purchase (date as appears on your invoice), provided the returned product is unused and in unopened (saleable) condition.
When a your Craft arrives, we recommend you inspect your package. If there is obvious damage from shipping we recommend you refuse the shipment. Crafts to be returned must be unused, and must be in clean, original packaging.
In order to return your craft, you must have a free account with Craft Zambia. If you do not have an account, we will not be able to process your craft return request, and provide you with the correct return address. Once logged into your account, view the craft order of the craft you would like to return, and press the ‘Return Craft’ button to initiate return process.
If product was ordered in error by the customer:
* The customer is responsible for shipping charges on the return,
* A 15% restocking fee will be charged if applicable.
The same credit card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 7-10 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.
Refund / Return Exceptions:
* No refunds or exchanges on Special Order Items, Bulk Orders, & /or Clearance items.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable. (We will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or it has been determined that the product is defective or damaged.)
The amount of time it takes for a refund to return depends solely on the bank or card issuer. Some banks/card issuers finalize refunds within a couple of business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to display and process refunds. If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can also contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual time frames.
We reserve the right to amend the above at our discretion, and continued use of Craft Zambia will be deemed acceptance of this Return Policy.
